From drawing to container in five steps
Most custom programmes fail at step two, when the sample does not match the drawing. We shorten that by putting an engineer on the first call instead of a salesperson.
- 01
Requirement call
Capacity, output protocol, target market, certification scope and target landed cost. 30 minutes, engineer present.
- 02
Quotation & DFM
BOM-based quote with tiered pricing, plus a design-for-manufacture note flagging anything that will cost you money later.
- 03
Sampling
5–7 days for existing tooling, 15–20 days for a new mould. Sample fee refunded against the first mass order.
- 04
Certification
UN38.3, MSDS, CE and FCC run in parallel with tooling. Reports issued in your company name where the scheme allows.
- 05
Mass production & inspection
20–25 days, with AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection, DG declaration and a loading video before the container leaves.
