Buyer FAQ
MOQ, sampling, air freight, EU representation and payment terms — the five things that decide whether an order moves.
What is your MOQ?
500 pcs for logo printing on existing tooling, 1,000 pcs for custom colour, and 3,000 pcs for a new mould. Sample orders below MOQ are possible at a unit surcharge.
How long does a sample take?
5–7 days for existing models, 15–20 days for a new mould. Courier transit is 3–5 days with a dangerous goods account.
Can you ship by air?
Yes, for units at or below 100Wh with a valid UN38.3 report and state of charge ≤ 30%, under PI967. Above 100Wh we quote sea freight by default because Section I approval adds cost and time.
Do you provide the EU authorised representative?
Yes. Under GPSR and the Battery Regulation an EU-based responsible person is mandatory. We work with a partner in Germany and can print their address on your label.
What are the payment terms?
30% T/T deposit and 70% against the bill of lading copy. L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Sample fees are payable by PayPal or Western Union.
What is the warranty?
12 months on standard lines, 18 months on the 65W line, plus 1% free spares with every shipment.
